Jeff Weber, President of Remedy Intelligent Staffing in the Buffalo, NY, Rochester, NY and Erie, PA regions.  He is responsible for the overall direction of the Remedy sales and operations teams.

Jeff opened the Remedy first office here in Western New York in September, 1999. He has a BA from Colgate University with concentrations in Political Science and Education and also received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hartford with a concentration in Marketing.

Locally, Jeff is a Volunteer Wish Grantor with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, assists in coaching youth hockey in the area, is a volunteer Assistant Hockey Coach at Niagara University, and is a volunteer instructor for the Junior Achievement program of Western NY.

BUFFALO AREA STAFF
 

Jason Gordon, Area Manager

Jason started with Remedy in January 2001 as an Intern.  He joined the company full time as a Staffing Coordinator in January 2001 after graduating from Canisius College with his BS in Business Management and was promoted to Branch Manager in 2005.  In 2007, Jason obtained his MS Degree in Communication and Leadership from Canisius and in 2008, he was promoted again to Area Manager after Remedy acquired three additional locations through the acquisition of Resolve/Power Personnel and oversees 4 branches in the Buffalo area.

He is an active member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association.

Steve Lansing, Sales Manager

Steve started as the Account Executive with Remedy Intelligent Staffing in 2002. With over 8 years experience in the staffing industry, Steve has the ability and experience to assist clients in planning and evaluating fluctuating temporary and permanent hiring needs. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2006 and currently oversees the Buffalo and Rochester offices.

Steve graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in Psychology. He is an active member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.

Shannon Senger, PHR, Branch Manager

Shannon started with Remedy in September 2003 as an Intern and came onboard full time in 2004 as a Recruiter.  In 2010, Shannon was promoted and is now the Branch Manager of the Cheektowaga Office. 

Shannon is a graduate of Daemen College with a BS in Business/HR and a MS in Global Business.  She is an active member of Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association and Buffalo Niagara 360.

Kristina Quirante, Branch Manager

Kristina started at Remedy in September 2006 as the Recruiting Assistant and is currently the Branch Manager for the Tonawanda office. 

Kristina graduated from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Communication.  She has been a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association since 2007.

Mindy Wise, Staffing Coordinator

Mindy started in October 2007 and is currently working in the Orchard Park Branch Mindy came to Remedy with over two years of experience as a Human Resource Coordinator. She is also a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association.

Sean Thomas, Onsite Manager

Sean started with Remedy in September 2008 as a Staffing Coordinator.  In January 2009, Sean became an Onsite Manager at two of Remedy's largest customers. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems and a Certificate in Multimedia at Medaille College.

Lisa Sutphin, Branch Manager

Lisa started with Remedy in 2008 after the Power Personnel aquisition.  She worked for Power for 5 years prior to joining the Remedy team.  Lisa is currently the Branch Manager and oversees the Orchard Park office.

Tracy O'Brien, Vice President

Tracy oversees Operations, Account Management and Business Development for all five Remedy offices in the Rochester area. She provides resources and performance improvement to all of her staff. Tracy has spent seven years in the staffing industry  with her experience including management of major accounts with volumes of up to 300 seasonal employees. She holds a BS in communications and has over three years of Human Resource consulting experience. Tracy possesses an ASA HR Law Certification.

Wendy is also responsible for ensuring proper employee orientations and managing turnover. She has over ten years in the staffing industry including major account management. Jessica Kepler, Staffing Coordinator

Jessica has over six years of experience in recruiting and making placements for everything from  general labor to engineers. Jessica also handles the task of administering assessment testing. She is the Palymra branch's Certified Workers Compenstation Coordinator, quickly and expertly handling any injury paperwork and investigations. She has been called on by client numerous times to conduct lunchtime safety talks on a variety of topics.

Andrea Luke, Operations Coordinator

Andrea is Palmyra's newest employee. She handles the bulk of the front office duties. When you call or visit the Palmyra office, it will likely be Andrea you speak to. She handles taking messages, scheduling interview appointments, updating personnel files, and inputting payroll. Andrea recently graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BS in Physical Education.
