Once we have defined the characteristics of the desired candidate, Remedy Search and Placement consultants will go to work reviewing our database of candidate profiles. We directly recruit and source potential candidates currently working in your related industry that meet your exact needs. If necessary, Remedy will develop an aggressive and customized recruiting plan to locate the right candidates.

Remedy's screening process can also be tailored to meet the needs of your organization, and can include software testing or behavioral evaluations if needed.

We know that there is more to a person than a resume. That is why our experienced Search and Placement consultants conduct in-depth interviews with each candidate and perform thorough reference checking and screening.
